Mother's Day at Saint Leo's Church
9:30 am Mass
Crowning of Blessed Mother and street procession

Picture
Saint Leo's traditional Mother's Day Mass, crowning of the Blessed Mother statue and outdoor procession through the neighborhood has been in existence for decades. After the statue of Mother Mary is crowned during 9:30 am Mass, it is processed through the streets of Little Italy, followed by children making their First Eucharist, clergy and parishioners.

(Typically, a breakfast is served in the Church Hall, sponsored by Sodality of Our Lady / Knights of Columbus St. Vincent Pallotti Council.)
